I'm so excited that David was nominated for a grammy! Finally an organization that looks at talent and quality regardless of record sales! I never thought it was fair since a record label may not be one to spend money to promote!

Latina Room, thanks for posting! David is amazing in sooo many ways. He's crazy talented, and I'm so happy to see his name submitted in all of these categories! He deserves it! I realize that a submission is not yet a nomination, but to be submitted like this really speaks highly of David and what he is capable of. Good luck, David. We love you!

David Archuleta is amazing and hopefully he will receive at least one Grammy. It is great to see him featured in articles such as this. Please keep him in the spotlight, we love to read about him.

I'm SO excited about David Archuleta being considered for a Grammy! I can't think of another artist today that deserves this recognition more than David based on his hard work for the past couple of years since Idol, Season 7. I knew the moment I heard David sing "Heaven" during auditions that he would be a major star some day...at such a tender age of 16, he demonstrated that quality and has continued to amaze me with his work ethic and his "keep it real" spirit! His recent performance of Contigo En La Distancia was the most touching/stunning performance I've ever seen! What an absolute gem we have in David...so honored to be one of his "angels". SHINE ON DAVID!

really would like to see archuleta get a best new artist nod. the guy has had a great year for a new artist, and we know how tough it is for a guy in the pop music realm to get any props. david has the mad vocals, the good looks, charisma and great musical instincts to be one of the best we've seen. good luck to him - hope he is nominated.
